Primarily, our clients use BTS for both large and small crews of cabling installers on a temporary staffing basis. Our temporary or long-term cabling installers specialize in network infrastructure, including voice and data, low-voltage, fiber-optic, CAT5 and CAT6 cabling installation. So, whether you need just a few cabling installers for a couple days or a whole crew of ten or more cabling installers for several months, you should call us.

For our higher level positions our clients provide us with the exact description of their ideal candidate and we put our recruiting process to work to bring those qualified individuals to their doorstep. Many of our installers hold certifications from many different manufacturers and trade organizations such as Nordix, Leviton, Systimax, Avaya, BICSI and Corning just to name a few. Let us know if a certification is a requirement when placing your orders. You have the option of acquiring the individual through a contract-to-hire arrangement or through a permanent placement fee. The contract-to-hire term is 6 months and the permanent placement fee ranges from 20% to 25% of their annual salary: the higher the salary, the higher the placement percentage. As a rule of thumb, any salary under $50k a year will be 20% of the annual salary. Many clients like to use the contract-to-hire mechanism because it gives them a chance to try the individual out before they commit to bringing them on their internal payroll.
Our structured cabling installation teams can be deployed as an individual or an entire crew. Many of our clients use us primarily for installing the low-voltage (voice and data) structured cabling portion of their projects. With very short notice we can supply both large and small crews of low-voltage cabling installers for short and long-term temporary staffing projects nationwide.
